Paintings

Built up from layers of collage, acrylic paint, inks and water soluble crayons…. I like to add and subtract as I develop depth and richness into the surface. I use palette knives, rough brushes and a blade to cut back and into the paint and then glaze into the marks. I like to work on cradled wood panels as they withstand my dynamic mark making. 

All works are framed in a white wood tray frame.
